O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th and 5th respondents based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.02.2019 and 16.02.2019.

2.It is seen that the petitioner's son and other persons are accused in Crime No.41 of 2019, for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 365, 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC, pending on the file of the 5th respondent. The petitioner already approached the State Human Rights Commission by lodging a complaint and it is pending. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered by this Court. 3.However, the State Human Rights Commission is directed to enquire the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.02.2019, as expeditiously as possible.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
