The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307 of IPC in Cr.No.69 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the injured defacto complainant has been taking treatment from 29.02.2020. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
