ORDER
The civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed I.A.No.971 of 2017 in O.S.No.224 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Tambaram.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the sole petitioner 1/3
died however, the respondents did not take any steps to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner in the suit. He would further submit that so far, no legal heirs approached the counsel to file a petition to implead themselves as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. It shows that the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case.
3. In view of the above, the civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to approach this Court by way of filing an appropriate application to implead themselves as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to revive the CRP.
