PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent remove my name from the list of History Sheeted Rowdy in H.S.No.45 of 1994 maintained by the third respondent by considering the petitioner representation dated 19.12.2022.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the third respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the list of History Sheeted Rowdy in H.S.No.45 of 1994 maintained by the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2022 for removing the name of the petitioner from the history sheet list is available with the respondent and appropriate orders will be passed soon.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No

costs.
