These Civil Revision Petitions are filed challenging the order passed in Transfer Original Petitions Nos.261 and 210 of 2019 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur.

Mr.M.L.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the main HMOP, which is subject matter of transfer in C.R.P.No.1262 of 2020 namely H.M.O.P.No.139 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur was transferred and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.338 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee pursuant to the order impugned in these revisions. The said renumbered H.M.O.P.No.338 of 2020 was taken up for hearing simultaneously along with H.M.O.P.No.567 of 2018, which is subject matter of transfer in C.R.P.No.1264 of 2020. The renumbered H.M.O.P.No.338 of 2020 was disposed on 23.11.2021 and the connected H.M.O.P.No.567 of 2018 was disposed on 07.12.2021.

3. In view of the disposal of the main original petitions before the Court below, nothing survives for further consideration in these civil revision petitions.
4. Accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed. 03.01.2024 Index : Yes / No Speaking order : Yes / No : Yes / No dm To The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur.
