This Court, by order dated 03.04.2023, had disposed of Civil Revision Petition in CRP No.955 of 2023, by directing the learned District Munsif, Kangayam to dispose of the Original Suit in O.S.No.199 of 2020, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The learned District Munsif, Kangayam, has addressed a letter dated 20.11.2023 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. This Court perused the letter dated 20.11.2023 sent by the learned District Munsif, Kangayam and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said original suit within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP No.955 of 2023, dated 03.04.2023.

4. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of four months to the learned District Munsif, Kangayam, to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.199 of 2020 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
