2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent to issue Legal Heir Certificate of the deceased Kondappa Gounder to the petitioner on the basis of the application made by the petitioner on 29.08.2013. 3.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for herein, this court, without going into the merits of the case, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 29.08.2013 requesting legal heir certificate and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
