Despite the sole respondent having been served and the name and address have been shown in the cause-list, none present on behalf of the respondent.

The delay is only 181 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 181 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
