The petitioner is aggrieved against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 29.10.2015. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the very impugned order dated 29.10.2015 is withdrawn by the 2nd respondent and therefore, nothing remains in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents may be recorded and the writ petition be closed.
