Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to dispose of his Appeal dated 22.03.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

According to the Petitioner, he was terminated by the 2nd Respondent without giving an opportunity of hearing. As he is the only breadwinner of his family, he filed an Appeal before the 1st Respondent on 22.03.2019 and the same is pending consideration.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st Respondent is directed to consider the Petitioner's Appeal dated 22.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the Petitioner either in person or on receipt of his Written Submissions through e-mail/Speed Post, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
