This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.12791 of 2021 dated 17.06.2021.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.12791 of 2021 dated 17.06.2021, has been complied with. He has also placed a letter dated, 21.01.2022 before this Court to that effect.
