Man missing complaint has been given by the petitioner herein stating that her husband is missing for quite some time and hence, a case in Crime No.334 of 2023 has been registered.

2. The petitioner herein seeking direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents states that the investigation conducted so far discloses the usage of ATM card in the name of missing man and with the said information, the missing man will be tracked. He is likely to be traced within a period of two months.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
