Today, this petitions is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a error in Paragraph No3(c). Therefore, request is made to make necessary corrections in the said order and for reissue of the order copy.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the Paragraph No3(c).) of the order dated 15.03.2024 are to be read as follows:

"c) with respect to the second surety let it be any surety and not Nurkalan Hossain, who is the cousin brother of the petitioner. Two sureties shall be produced, one brother of the petitioner/blood surety and another one is any surety and the same may be tested by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore."
