This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Court on 19.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27626 of 2024 with the following condition b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
