The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.446 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. A complaint has been registered against the petitioner and one Anthoniraj for booking a Swift Car for rent and not returning it. The anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner earlier was dismissed. This is the second anticipatory bail petition.
3. However, since there is no change in circumstances, the car has not yet been traced and the petitioner is absconding, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
