This petition has been filed to grant exemption of surrendering for suspension of sentence passed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur, Thiruvarur District in Crl.A.No.1 of 2019 dated 24.02.2020 against order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II at Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District in C.C.No.55 of 2015 dated 18.04.2018 till the disposal of the accompanying revision petition filed along with the revision petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement.

3.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
