J., This Application has been filed by the applicant seeking to extent the mandate of the Arbitrator for a further period of six months. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the time fixed by this Court to complete the arbitration proceedings has come to an end on 12.03.2023. Therefore, the present application has been filed seeking to extent the mandate of the Arbitrator.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 4 & 5 would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for either parties, this Court is inclined to extent the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.
