Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.4894 of 2020 order dated 12.03.2021 in Crime No.226 of 2021 on the file of respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.R.MEIYAZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.K.MADHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4894 of 2021, dated 12.03.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4894 of 2021, dated 12.03.2021 is modified, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
