Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned selection list for appointment of post include Group-1 Service 2007-2008, 20092010 & 2010-2011 through the proceedings Nil dated 6.2.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner in Group-I Services in view of G.O.145 dated 30.9.2010 published by 1st respondent.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner could get employment elsewhere, thus, not interested in pursuing the writ petition. An endorsement is also made to that effect. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2013 are closed.
