ORDER

Seeking to set aside the conviction and sentence imposed in the judgment made in C.A.No.16 of 2012 dated 01.12.2015 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur confirming the conviction and sentence made in STC.No.27 of 2011 dated 30.7.2012 by the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, the present Criminal Revision has been filed.

2. When the matter was called, the learned Counsel on either side jointly submitted that both the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent are no more and they have also made an endorsement to that effect. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision.
