This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment and order dated 05.12.2018 passed in S.C.No.288 of 2014 on the file of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvallur, pending disposal of the above criminal appeal. 2.

On 05.08.2021, this Court passed the following order: "The Registry is directed to verify as to whether the appellant herein has filed any appeal through some other counsel challenging his conviction and sentence by judgment and order dated 05.12.2018 passed in S.C.No.288 of 2014 in Manali New Town Police Station Crime No.220 of 2014 on the file of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvallur and file a report before this Court on 19.08.2021.

Post the matter on 19.08.2021."
