ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 7(1)(3) of Lotteries Regulation Act 1998 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.79 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court, on 09.03.2022 dismissed the anticipatory bail against this petitioner. This is the 2nd anticipatory bail petition. Considering the antecedent of this petitioner, the petitioner has not yet secured. Considering his conduct and abscondance, forced this Court to reiterate its earlier view and dismissed the anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is also dismissed.
