ORDER

The petitioner has applied for patta, based on pre-existing title in S.No.136/4 and S.No.136/15 of Poosaripatti Village, Negamam Post, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District, Vide her representation dated 22.12.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents, and made a statement on instruction that based on the directions of the District Collector, a report has been made by the Tahsildar to the former, and that the Collector would now be considering the report.

3. The District Collector, Coimbatore is now required to hold an enquiry after the conclusion of the ongoing electoral process, sometime in the 3rd/ 4th week of May, 2021, after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of 12 weeks from the date of enquiry so fixed.
