ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the representations /objections submitted by the petitioners dated 02.12.2024 and 25.02.2025 and to take a decision.

2. Heard Mr.K.Venkateswaran, learned counsel appearing for the 2/5

petitioners and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader on oral instructions submitted that the objections submitted by the petitioners will be considered as and when the document is presented for registration touching upon the subject property.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the document was in fact presented for registration and based on the objections given by the petitioners, an enquiry was conducted by the first respondent yesterday (24.03.2025).

5. In the light of the above submissions, it is made clear that as and when any document is presented for registration touching upon the subject property, the objections submitted by the petitioners shall be taken into account and a decision shall be taken. This direction will sufficiently take care of the grievance expressed by the petitioners.
