Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the former arrest of the petitioner has been effected on 10.03.2023 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.VII, George Town, Chennai.

2.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a bail petition before the concerned Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
