This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the appeal.

However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 41 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
