Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct re-inspection of the petitioner Industrial School and pass orders for the grant of recognition of the petitioner Industrial School from the academic year 2017-18.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct re-inspection of the petitioner Industrial School and pass orders for the grant of recognition of the petitioner Industrial School from the academic year 2017-18.

2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, it is reported by the the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents that as directed by this Court, inspection had already been conducted on 20.02.2018.

3.Hence, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders with regard to grant of recognition to the petitioner school, on the basis of the inspection report as well as on merits and as per law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
