ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the case registered in Crime No.12 of 2023 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation is complete and the final report is ready. Final report would be filed before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that investigation in this case is completed and final report is ready, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4
