By order dated 22.07.2024, this court had directed the respondents to furnish security and had listed the matter for reporting complaince.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant had brought to the notice of this Court that a copy of the order along with a notice to the respondents was sent by the learned counsel for the applicant through registered post and the same had been returned to the applicant with an endorsement that the respondents have refused to receive the said communication.

Hence, the compliance of the order cannot be recorded.

3. In view that already the orders have been passed, no further orders are required to be made pursuant to the order made by this Court on 22.07.2024. However, applicant is at liberty to proceed further pursuant to the order dated 22.07.2024.
