Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's property in S.No.15/2, 15/1 Krishnapuram Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District and mark the boundaries thereof based on the petitioner's application dated 28.08.2019 and 08.03.2021. ORDER

The petitioner has made atleast two representations one on 28.08.2019 and the other on 08.03.2021, for sub-division and transfer of patta as concerning the property in S.No.15/2, 15/1 Krishnapuram Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents, and makes a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 11.00 a.m., on 18.05.2021 in the office of the Tahsildar, Dharmapuri Taluk / second respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Tahsildar, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representations through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 18.05.2021.
