So far as first respondent is concerned, he is the borrower, in respect of whom, notice returned with an endorsement 'Left'. Insofar as second respondent is concerned, who is the guarantor, notice has been served and his name is printed in the causelist, however, none appeared on his behalf.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the prayer sought for thereunder is granted.

Consequently, the application is Allowed.
