The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that as ordered by this Court, the initial remuneration was paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner by the applicant and an attempt was made by the learned Advocate Commissioner to execute the warrant issued by this Court. However in the meantime, the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties since the respondent paid his dues. Hence, he requests this Court to close this application.
2. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, this Court is inclined to fix a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
Accordingly, the applicant is directed to pay the said amount to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of 2 weeks.
