ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.156 of 2014, registered by the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 353 and 309 of IPC., as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, the respondent police filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.5 of 2018, which is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vaniyambadi, and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
