COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking for a direction to dispose of L.A.O.P.Nos.1461 and 1569 of 2021, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter came up of admission, this Court had directed the learned Sub Judge, Alandur to send the report with regard to the stage of L.A.O.P.Nos.1461 and 1569 of 2021. The learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur has sent a report, stating that both L.A.O.P.Nos.1461 of 2021 and 1569 of 2021 are ripe for enquiry and they were originally filed before the Subordinate Court, Tambaram and subsequently, transferred to the Subordinate Court, Alandur. The learned counsel for the respondent reported that on account of transfer of the cases from one Court to the other Court, the disposal got delayed.
3. Considering the circumstances, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, to 2/4
post the matter specifically by fixing the date for enquiry and both the parties are directed to cooperate for the enquiry and further the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur is hereby directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and not later than six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
