(Made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) The Court was held by Video Conference, as per the Resolution of the Full Court dated 30th April 2020, by Judges at the respective residence offices and the counsel, staff of the Court appearing from their respective residences.
2. After arguments at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.B.Balaji, prays to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities of the State in the matter.
3. The aforesaid leave to approach the Department is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition in WMP No.9370 of 2020 is also dismissed. No costs.
