PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India (for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to) direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2021 and to give protection to the petitioner and his family members his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in Survey No.126/1, an extent of 3.1/2 acres, Singirihalli Village, Ranimukkanur post, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2021 and to give protection to the petitioner and his family members for his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in Survey No.126/1, an extent of 3.1/2 acres, Singirihalli Village, Ranimukkanur post, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2021 will be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time stipulated by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made, this Court, without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2021, after issuing notice to the respondents 5 and 6 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the concerned persons and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
