O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed an appeal in RCA.Sr.No.3120 of 2015 before the VII Small Causes Court, Chennai along with a petition in MP.No.480 of 2017 to condone delay in filing the above RCA. The respondents have filed counter affidavit. But the court below has not disposed of the said

petition. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for early disposal of the said petition.

2. By considering the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and in view of the urgency that the respondents have filed an EP, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits, is inclined to direct the VII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai to dispose of the MP.No.480 of 2017 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order after providing an opportunity to the revision petitioner.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
