This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue a "Site Visit Certificate" to the petitioner, as per the petitioner's application dated 29.01.2025, in order to enable him to submit his bids online on or before 15:00 hrs on 04.03.2025, in response to Tender Notice No. SWDC.No.B1/0147/2025, dated 13.01.2025, on the file of the 1st respondent, in respect of work listed under Sl.No.25 (S.W.D.C.No.B1/0147-25/2025) and Sl.No.27 (S.W.D.C.No.B1/014727/2025).

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the "Site Visit Certificate" will be issued by tomorrow (i.e., 05.03.2025) by the respondents.

3. He further submitted that the last date for submission of bids has 2/5

been extended to 11.03.2025 at 1:30 p.m., and the bids will be opened on 12.03.2025 at 3:30 p.m.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to issue the "Site Visit Certificate" to the petitioner by tomorrow (i.e., 05.03.2025).
