ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner herein dated 14.12.2009 in accordance with law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

The Writ Petitioner has made a representation seeking employment in lieu of the death of his father one Sankaran who died on 09.04.1993 in a land mine blast conducted by the Forest Brigand Veerappan. Earlier, the petitioner filed W.P.No.28577 of 2011 seeking the same relief. This Court by an order dated 04.10.2012 has dismissed the said Writ Petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation to the appropriate authorities. While so, without complying with the said order, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition on the basis of the representation dated 14.12.2009 sent to the Hon'ble Chief Minister's Cell and seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of the same.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a representation to the appropriate authority, who is empowered to grant the relief as prayed for by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the appropriate authority, shall pass orders on the same, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.
