ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the order of suspension passed in Memo.No.025/SE/CEDC/CUD/Admm.1/A3/F.Sus/2025 dated 25.01.2025 on the file of the 6th respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that by order dated 15.03.2025 the order of suspension had been revoked and it is further informed on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner had been posted as Assistant Engineer /110/22 KVSS/Ulundurpet in the existing vacancy by consequent order dated 27.03.2025.

3. In view of the above statement, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 03.04.2025 dpq Speaking Order : Yes/No 3/6
