The Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.3, Thiruvallur in C.A.No.65 of 2010 on 19.05.2011.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that pending revision, the sole petitioner died on 5.5.2013. She also produced a memo along with death certificate of the petitioner.
