Respondents Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.25202 of 2013 dated 04.10.2013.

ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 04 October 2013 rendered in W.P. No.25202 of 2013 has not been complied with by the respondents. 2.The second respondent has filed the compliance report dated 10 February 2015, wherein, it has been stated as under:

"4.It is submitted that the petitioner has filed Contempt Petition No.3155/2014 for the non-compliance of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court. It is submitted that action was taken to comply with the orders of the Hon'ble High Court and as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court the encroachment in Survey No.26/1 - Pond Poramboke has been removed as per the orders of Hon'ble High Court. It is also submitted that there are no encroachments in Survey No.23 - Irrigation Channel, Survey No.27, Vaari Poramboke and Survey No.39/14 - Vaikkal Poramboke."

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4.In view of the above, the Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
