Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2021 and to consequently direct the respondents to issue a mutation patta in S.No.42/2C, 0.43 cents in Old Patta no.68, at Kiz Malaiyanur Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District in the name of the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2021 and consequently direct the respondents to issue a mutation patta in S.No.42/2C, 0.43 cents in Old Patta no.68, at Kiz Malaiyanur Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District in the name of the petitioner. 2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 28.04.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the second respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2021 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021.
