The present civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 06.08.2018 in I.A.No.457 of 2017 in O.S.No.60 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamalle.
2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit itself was dismissed for default by decree dated 26.06.2023 and till now, restoration petition is also not filed.
3. Considering the fact that the suit itself was dismissed for default, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present civil revision petition.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.06.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji To The Subordinate Court, Poonamalle.
