ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2024 and 12.02.2025 as per Section 32(4) of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was disqualified by the tender committee. When the petitioner sought the reasons for the disqualification, the same were not furnished.
3. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 by producing written instructions, submitted that the reasons had already been communicated to the petitioner.
4. In any event, the details of the reasons, which involve salient criteria 2/5
and the details furnished by the tenderer, as well as the results, are stated to have been given to the petitioner by communication dated 25.11.2024. These details are once again now furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. On perusal thereof, it can be seen that the reasons are actually mentioned.
5. In view of this, since the copy of the communication dated 25.11.2024 has been furnished, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.
6. Recording the same, the writ petition stand closed. No costs. 11.03.2025 nsl To 1.
