J U D G M E N T

The firs respondent is present before this Court. The learned counsel for the first respondent and appellant is also present today before this Court.

2. The Memo filed by the appellant and first respondent has been duly signed by the appellant / 1st respondent and 1st respondent/plaintiff as well as their respective counsels wherein the appellant offered five Demand Drafts all dated 21.03.2024 each for a sum of Rs.9,00,000/-, total amounting to Rs.45,00,000/- drawn in favour of the 1st respondent/plaintiff and the 1st respondent/plaintiff received the same. The said memo dated 27.03.2024 is taken on file.

3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and the memo dated 27.03.2024 filed before this Court, this Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the said memo dated 27.03.2024. The memo dated 27.03.2024 shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
