No.Se.Mu.No.13025/Pa.A4/2024 quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned, being transferred from Avalappalli, Hosur District under the control of the Assistant Director of Sericulture, Hosur, the second respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 13.11.2024 issued by the first respondent bearing No.Na.Ka.No.13025/Pa.A4/2024-3 confirming the order of transfer dated 08.08.2024 bearing No.Se.Mu.No.13025/Pa.A4/2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 2/4

3. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
