2. Both sides' counsel are present. The learned counsel for the appellant brought to the notice of this Court that the name of the trial Court has been wrongly mentioned as Namakkal instead of "Salem". Therefore, wherever the name of the trial Court is mentioned as "Namakkal" in the entire judgment including cause title portion, "to" address portion, etc., the same shall be corrected as "Salem".

3. Further, in the cause title portion showing the name of the counsels, in the appellant place, the name of the counsel Mr.V.Subramanian shall also be added before the name of the learned counsel for the appellant already shown as Mr.R.A.Gopinath.

4. In other aspects, the judgment dated 19.12.2025 shall remain unaltered. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendments and issue fresh copy. 08.01.2026 cs Note to Registry:
