Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to should not be permit the Applicant to file the below listed documents and receive the same in TOS No.17 of 2011.
This application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: This application is filed only for filling additional documents. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has not received any copies of the documents. The learned counsel for the respondent is permitted to peruse the documents and raise any objections at the time of marking the documents. The applicant is permitted to file the documents and the documents can be received subject to the proof and relevancy.
2. With the above observation, this application is allowed. The PW1 is directed to complete his part of evidence as expeditiously as possible, as stated in the earlier order dated 21.12.2016. Registry is directed to list the suit before the Additional Master-III on 23.01.2017 for recording evidence.
