CR.NO.2 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 25/02/2020 passed in Crl Op No. 4143/2020 directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- jointly to the credit of Crime no.2 of 2020 at the time of executing the bonds and the remaining sum of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be deposited within a period of four weeks from the date of executing the bail bond and further directing the 1st petitioner to report before the Magistrate, Tiruvallur daily at 10.30am till the 2nd installment amount of Rs. 1 lakh is deposited and the same may be modified as to direct the 1st petitioner to report before the Magistrate court at Dindigul and condition to deposit the second installment of Rs.
1,00,000/- be relaxed and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of NO APPERANCE for the petitioner and of MR.J.C.DURAI RAJ, Govt. On 04.02.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 25.02.2021. Thereafter, on 17.04.2021, the matter stood adjourned to 23.04.2021. The case was again taken up for hearing on 26.08.2021, but the counsel for the petitioner has not logged in and hence, it was directed to be posted today (09.9.2021).
2. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner and hence, this application is dismissed.
